This is fantastic!! I have been health conscious for years and think I have tried everything for weight control but this is the best i have ever tried.

FYI though, not many people know about it, even the chemist didnt know about it. Every time I go in I push it to customers and the staff to promote it.

My 12 yr old girl has POS, and is struggling to lose weight, she loves it , I love it, thankyou so much 🙂

I am an age/weight diabetic, losing the fight between what I want to eat, and the damage it is doing to my blood sugar levels, and ultimately my organs. I tried Lupin8 to see if it could help me to enjoy what I like to eat without suffering severe consequences.

I ate my usual breakfast, large bowl oatmeal with banana and honey. I took my levels after, and not surprisingly, they were 12%, the next morning I used Lupin8, and found the bulk allowed me to cut back on the amount of oats I used. Taking my sugars later, I was over the moon to see it was only 7.5!! I have tried this on consecutive mornings, and found the same result. In fact, one morning my sugars were 15.4% without Lupin8, next morning using Lupin8, 7.9%.

If I am having a meal where I can’t add the Lupin8, I have a small amount of no-fat low-sugar yoghurt and mix my Lupin8 in that, and so far, it’s working a treat!

My GP prescribed tablets to help cut down sugar, but when I went on the net and investigated, I found it was not suitable for severe liver conditions, and I already have a grossly fatty liver from when I was an undiagnosed diabetic.

So, combined with at least half-hour or more exercise a day, I have dropped 4.5kgs so far, and am looking at losing more, thus hoping to heal my sick liver.

This seems to be a more healthy way of handling the diabetes, rather than pills which cure one thing, but cause another!

Thank you, Lupin8, and please look at making other products so we ‘piggies’ of the diabetic world can feel satisfied at the end of meal, without the guilt!

Both my husband and I have only recently discovered Lupin8 and wish that we had known about it many moons ago.

He, Majeed, Has diabetes and has found undeniable evidence that Lupin8 has helped his blood sugar readings enormously. He controls the disease by diet and exercise only so the Lupin8 has been the very best catalyst for excellent readings.

I, myself, have rheumatoid arthritis, literally a big pain not only in the proverbial, but in almost all of my joints. I take a huge spoonful of Lupin8 with my fruit juice at breakfast and not only does it relieve the aching in the joints, but more importantly, from my point of view, it decreases my desire for food and I now find that most days I leave food on the plate at mealtimes, with no terrible urges to snack.

This is so important to me because until very recently I had to have high doses of cortizone – an absolute shocker for putting on weight. Lupin8 is helping me to come to a more reasonable size.

I still have a long way to go but feel confident that it is achievable. Many thanks for such a great and natural product!

Dear Lupin8,

I have just recently come across LUPIN8 in one of the health magazines I buy regularly.

I have recently been diagnosed with Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome PCOS, and have found out I am Insulin Resistant. My BMI is more than 27 and I have a lot of trouble losing weight. I am a binge eater and I tend to eat a lot between the hours of 4 – 7pm each afternoon.

I have always had a problem with my weight, I fluctuate between 4-5kgs at times, I am certainly an emotional eater.

I have recently bought Lupin8 to try, and YES I was hesitant to believe what the website stated about what LUPIN8 really does. I have tried it for a week or two and followed the instructions. I add a TBSP to all big meals, and surprising I have felt full a lot quicker than normal, and the urge to eat anything after dinner has been small.

I would swear by this product, I have bought and used every product advertised to curb my appetite and all have lasted a day or so and my eating habits have turned back to normal…

I have been able to downsize my meals and feel fuller on smaller amounts. I do not feel like anything else to eat about 30 minutes after each meal. I would recommend this to anyone who struggles with over eating.

Thanks Lupin8!

Lupin8,

I am writing to thank you for the difference Lupin8 has made to my weight loss. It has taken me 2 years to lose 30 kilos and unfortunately the weight loss had hit a plateau, mainly because it was so difficult to further reduce my kilojoule intake to lose the last 10 kilos.

Without being constantly hungry, especially after my daily exercise, your product has solved the problem. I add it to meals but I also use it as a snack between meals, adding it to yoghurt or to a scoop of chocolate protein powder with some skim milk and then drink two glasses of water.

No more hunger pangs and I have lost a further 2 kgs in 2 weeks! Thanks again!

Hi Lupin8,

Here is a recipe for Gluten Free Lasagne.

Gluten free lasagne sheets
500g heart smart mince
500g jar Bolognese sauce
150g fresh spinach leaves
22 tbspns gluten free cornflour
2 tbspns of Lupin8
1/2 cup or 60g of grated cheddar cheese
Parmesan optional
400ml milk
Salt and pepper

Purchase gluten free lasagne sheets from health section in grocery store and prepare as directed on packet. If you prefer not to be gluten free you can use fresh lasagne sheets.

Brown mince and add Bolognese sauce and simmer as per sauce instructions. Wash spinach and remove stems so leaves only.

Prepare cheese sauce as follows:
Blend the cornflour with 1/4 cup of the milk
Pour the remaining of the milk into a pan and heat until almost boiling.
Remove the pan from the heat and stir in the cornflour mixture with 2 tbspns of Lupin8. Return to the heat and cook, stirring constantly over medium heat until the sauce boils and thickens.
Add the cheese and cook, stirring, until the cheese has melted and the sauce has thickened. Season with salt and pepper.

One layer of lasagne sheets, one layer of mince and one layer of spinach and one layer of cheese sauce.
Continue to layer and once at top of layer have lasagne sheets on top of lasagne and spread with cheese sauce and parmesan cheese.

Cover with alfoil and cook on 180 degrees for half an hour and then remove alfoil and brown the top of lasagne.

Delicious – this creation was for my daughter with special needs who is on a gluten free diet.

I love your product, Thank you.
